You said "my account", but didn't say what that means. Are you asking about a Turbo Visa Debit Card???
This is mainly a user community forum. It's good you didn't pay the $30. TurboTax Support won't know anything about your account deposits at Turbo Visa Debit Card, which is a different affiliate, run by Green Dot.
If you have a question about the Turbo Visa Debit Card, and if you have online access at the Turbo Card's website, you may be able to tell by logging in there. Or here's how to contact their customer service by phone:

I changed my direct deposit and now i dont know where my deposit went to
I have lost my intuit debt card and need a new card sent to me. Please.

This is a public Internet forum. Please do not post personal info here in the user community. While posting your name is not as bad as someone posting their email address or phone number, you can remove it if you don't want it to show. To do that, if you wish, click the tiny blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your comment, and in the dropdown menu, select EDIT.
For help with the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you'll need to contact the folks at the Card's customer service, which is separate from TurboTax.
If you established a Turbo Card online account, see this about reporting a lost card in your online account and getting a new card.
https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/help-faq-s#howtoreportlost
Otherwise, here's the contact information for the Card's customer service, but they are overwhelmed today with thousands of people calling about the economic stimulus deposits. So you may just get a recording that says to "try later."
https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us
If you do eventually reach their full automated system, it will ask for your 16-digit card number (if you know it.) If you don't, it will ask for SSN. But don't enter it. Keep listening. One of the options will be "to report a card as lost, stolen, or never received." Choose that.
Then at next menu listen for "to report as lost", and choose that. Then follow the prompts.

What kind of deposit? Are you referring to the economic stimulus payment? Or are you referring to a Federal tax refund instead?
If you're wondering about an economic stimulus deposit, the IRS opened their new tool today to check on stimulus deposits. Are you able to find any deposit info in it? Here's the link:

This is bull and these people know it I filed my taxes with them Feb 16th and it was accepted I choose the debit card for my return HAVE NEVER RECIEVED AND CAN GET NO ONE FROM HERE OR GREEN DOT BANK WHERE THEY SENT IT. WILL CONTACT IRS AND POSSIBLE LEGAL ACTIONS IN THIS CASE. And I guess I am not alone in this for many others are getting the same run around.
This does not work. I have a turbo prepaid card account with you guys /green dot bank, and I mailed a check. My account is showing it's at $0.00 and my email is saying that the bill pay check was declined. I mailed the check to myself, I have NEVER received the check. Now I am stuck in a rut trying to call this stupid number to reach a customer service representative, but SURPRISE that is not an option!!! It takes me through and automated process in which I tried every single number to see if it would take me to a customer service rep and NOTHING worked. I need you to respond to this ASAP!! I SENT EMAILS I SENT LITERAL MAIL, AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING!!!
@aclary0009 Unfortunately, Customer Service folks from the Turbo Visa Debit Card do not view these forum threads. I wish they would, so they could see all the problems, but that's a separate affiliate than TurboTax.
The Card's customer support is different from TurboTax Support. You can phone TurboTax Support and complain, however. They will likely tell you that they don't handle the Card's support and may just tell you to contact the Card's Support. But they need to be aware of the problem in reaching Turbo Card Support, especially since both TurboTax and the Turbo Card are Intuit affiliates, and the Turbo Card's website is on an Intuit website. And it's the offer from TurboTax during return preparation that got people involved with the Card. Maybe they'll have some suggestion for you.
Support hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern), Mon-Fri

I just spoke to a representative of the federal reserve and she confirmed that Intuit's Prepaid Debit Card Account is a federal reserve bank, so she said they will be able to help. I think you do work for Turbo Tax and I think you are tryin to sway people away from this service they can access to help resolve their TurboTax account issues. 🙂 so HA HA I have a private investigator looking into you guys as we speak. A long with multiple other people I know that were duped by your horrible business. 🙂

The issuer and owner of the Turbo Visa affinity card is Green Dot Bank. TurboTax is not a bank or any other type of financial institution. The Federal Reserve investigators will be looking into Green Dot Bank procedures
Why did you delete my post informing people to go on the federal reserves's website to file a complaint? HMM?
If anyone catches this before it is deleted, go to federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov and go to the top right link that says " fil a complaint" put in your issues with your turbotax prepaid debit card if you are having problems getting into contact with someone to access your money. They will have a bank investigator look into it and get back to you within 60 days.

I know that they will be looking into Green Dot bank. They are associated and will be able to look into both. The lady I spoke to from the federal reserve affirmed that they will be able to help with the turbo tax prepaid debit card account.
oh maybe I replied to another forum..
By the way, who are you and why are you responding to my posts?

Yes, posting in multiple threads can lead to such confusion.
TurboTax employees that post in this user community forum will have an "expert" or employee badge by their screen names. Posters with a "Champ" badge next to their screen name or no badge (like me) are fellow users who are forum volunteers.
The Turbo Visa Debit Card is provided by Green Dot Corp and issued by Green Dot Bank in affiliation with Intuit.
