I cannot update my 2022 Business software at all. Error code (404) I have installed 2 superpatches R-15.0 and R-15.1to no avail.
Support by phone has been less than helpful and web site is non-responsive. Current time required to fix is 3 hours and counting. Filing deadline is approaching and I am concerned.
Normally I use Turbo Tax every year using a desk top Premier version. This year I decided to use on line and started doing my tax on line. I did not know how to save the file. Yesterday I called Turbo Tax and talked to a lady and I asked how to save. I spent about an hour with her but she could not help me at all. Can I talked to someone who can help me. @Jahnavi12 When you use online TurboTax your return is saved automatically. You have to access it using exactly the same account and user ID each time.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

@susmck No one has access to your account. No one can remove anything for you. If you do not want to use TurboTax then you can clear it out if you have not registered or paid, and then just abandon the account.

You received an email that we cannot see that tells you why your tax return was rejected.
Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed. Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead. What is the rejection code or rejection message?
If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2021 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2021 AGI might not be in the IRS system. Try using zero instead.
If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
