I have Turbo Tax premier. I have not been able to import my forms from my Brokerage Account or e-file my taxes. In both cases, the issue when I am required to log into my turbo tax account. When logging into my account, My password must be reset every time. Once reset, I have access to my turbo tax account but am unable to complete any other task. Based on different blogs, This seems to be a common problem with no solution. How can this issue be solved?

Entered all information needed, up to adding retirement income to report, but found no place to enter that information and now can't find my account, since it's been 2 days since it entered everything else. Please bring up my account and indicate where i show retirement income from 1099 R s.

Our income is from none of those you listed, as it's 1099R (retirement income) and do I now need to sign in and start all over entering information again to get to this point?
@840131 NO one can call you from the user forum. And no one has access to your account. No one can "bring up" a spot for you to enter your information. If you forgot how to access your online account use the recovery tool.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

When you find the right account----it sounds like you need to know how to enter a 1099R.
To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
When I File the Turbo Tax on line--->Do I need to input the original 1099 forms that the IRS 1099 form states you have to when you have your taxes taken out on them? How Would I Do that?. OR -->do you only need to download the 1099 document from the brokerage firm that has the info.
You have to enter all of your 1099 forms. Some forms can be imported, but they all have to be entered, either manually, or through import. What kind of 1099s do you have? If you downloaded a 1099 from a financial institution, manually enter the amounts from the form into TurboTax. Instructions are listed below for some common forms; if you need instructions for another type of 1099, let us know. @stormy44

I purchased Deluxe by mistake. In the process I opted for on-line Premier and was assigned a code. I decided to purchase Premier CD. During the download process I was assigned another Code and now have two codes. How can I fix this and use the Premier CD?
Better call in to straighten it out. You didn't need to buy Premier. Deluxe will work for everything. All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.
