It's not clear what you are doing and trying to do.

What kind of code are you referring to??   Are you referring to the email verification code used when efiling a return to verify your email address?   Or you referring to a log-in issue and a code that is sent to log into your account?

You also began by saying you "received" the code, and then said "I cannot receive my code from my email", so that appears contradictory.

This is mainly a user community forum, but TurboTax says they cannot send the email verification code to a phone as text, since it is an email verification process. 

Be sure the code is not ending up in your email's spam/junk folder or another email address you have.   See this FAQ on some tips, which also includes info on how you can change the email address in Account Settings, if you wish to use another email address.

If you are wanting the 6-digit code for email verification during efiling, it cannot be sent by text to a phone.  It is an email verification code.

Make sure your email is  not blocking the TT email ... you MUST verify the email to move on.  See all the instructions already posted.
