It's not clear what you are doing and trying to do.
What kind of code are you referring to?? Are you referring to the email verification code used when efiling a return to verify your email address? Or you referring to a log-in issue and a code that is sent to log into your account?
You also began by saying you "received" the code, and then said "I cannot receive my code from my email", so that appears contradictory.
