First STOP posting PII on a public internet forum where scammers seek new marks.
Next, if the 2019 return was rejected because your SS# was already in the system then you should have printed, ink signed and mailed in the return. Adding a form 14039 would also be wise.
Here’s what happens if you learn you are a victim of tax-related identity theft. For example, your e-filed return rejects because of a duplicate tax filing with your Social Security number, and you report the incident to us:
Did you end up figuring out exactly what to do I’m having a lot of trouble with this someone illegally claimed me
So I’m going to re do my taxes from 2019 and make sure I change what?

I was told to file a complaint with the IRS'S fraud department and that is what I will be doing first thing Monday morning. You know I just sent an email to the new president to ask him why are we being denied the checks even if we let somebody claim us, we didn't know that this virus was going to devastate the world, nobody knew this money would be given to us to help so why are they not giving it to us. I don't get it. I don't know about you but I could of used that $1800 and this person screwed me out of it for doing something that was illegal in the first place. Trust me I'm going to fight for mine anyway because it sucks the whole situation.
The person I'm talking about had all my information because she was my payee when I first started receiving SSI. And like I said we didn't know this pandemic was going to change our lives, and this money was going to be offered to us, so I'm really not understanding why we are being penalized for something someone else did. I don't make near enough to file taxes and I never have I found out because I called the IRS and they told me someone had claimed me on their taxes for a few years. She probably didn't think it would ever be found out because I don't file taxes and she knows that, but I'm still being screwed out of the money.

What can I do if someone has claimed me on their income taxes without my knowledge

My daughter was claimed by someone without my permission what do I do
If someone else claimed your dependent already, then your e-filed return will be rejected. Print, sign and mail your own return which claims your dependent. Mailed returns are processed differently by the IRS.
The IRS will contact both parties and sort out who could rightfully claim the dependent. The person who wrongfully claimed the dependent will face repayment of refund $, plus penalties.
When you mail a tax return, you need to sign the return and attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.
When you print your return to mail, the first page will tell you what documents to attach and give you the address to mail the return to.
Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Didn't give anyone to claim me as a dependent! Wish to file solely
