Will this free turbo tax allow me to file 2010 and year 2011 and how can I speak to one if there reps

The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2020.

TurboTax does not support tax years prior to 2017.

There is no reason for you to file a 2010 or 2011 tax return unless you have taxes owed for those tax years.  A tax refund for those tax years will not be sent.  Filing for a tax refund had to be done on or before 3 years from the due date of the tax return.

No.  In fact you cannot use TurboTax for 2010 or 2011 at all.  That software is no longer available.  TurboTax software can only be used for tax returns as far back as tax year 2017.  The "free" software can only be used for a 2020 return-- no other year.

You are years past the limit to receive a tax refund for 2010 or 2011, but if you owe tax you still need to pay it.

You could get the forms from the IRS to prepare by hand on paper or seek local paid tax help.

Sorry no,  Online is only good for one year, the current 2020 year.  And they only sell the Desktop program for the last 3 years.  

You might want to go to a local accountant or tax place if you have a complicated return.  For simple returns you can fill out the forms by hand.

Don’t forget your state.  And you will have to print and mail your returns.  So be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
