No. You must be on a newer release of MacOS.
Please, conform how to do it

This is fairly BS... maintaining tax changes in a well architected platform should be essentially table and parameter driven the premise that you have to rearchitect the core platform because the tax code has changed is a little simple minded. I fail to see why i have to upgrade my computer to run an application to do taxes. I guess I'll be moving on to another application. Been on turbotax for more than a decade, but I can move on.
Changes in the tax code is not the issue at all ... if your MAC OS is no longer being supported by apple then don't expect some programs to continue to support old OS either. Windows 7 is no longer supported either, those users also had to upgrade for the TT program.
Your other option is to use the ONLINE system instead.
I just purchased the premium edition, now what?

I would have been nice if the retailers that sell the download would post this before purchasing
I was similarly in this position and came up with a very easy solution. I switched to H&R Block software this year. The H&R Block equivalent of TurboTax Deluxe software was half the price as well! H&R Block installed, imported my previous year's TurboTax file, and ran just fine. So it's clear this is a TurboTax issue.
I have an older mac which runs just fine for everything I use it for - albeit cannot be be upgraded past Max OS X 10.13.6 TurboTax online would have cost me even more since it's a separate fee per person, not inclusive of a few people's taxes like the software is.
I purchased 2020 in good faith. It will not run on my Mac. I cannot upgrade or afford to buy a new computer. I desire a refund for my $80 purchase, please.

I did mine online with TurboTax but will use HRBlock next year. Thanks for the info.
I have the macOS 10.13.6 version too and am very disappointed. I used Turbo Tax last year on my MacBook and was hoping to transfer relative info into the 2020 application. If I understand you correctly, my only option is online. How do I get to the online version?
Just go to the Turbo Tax web site and follow the directions. I understand H&R Block has a program that will work on our old Mac. The online version worked well but I was nervous input ing the info online. Not sure how secure the site is for personal data.
If not, I request a refund.
