This was a giant pain for me. It kept saying payment didn't go through. You essentially are buying a second state turbo tax (for me it was Colorado). You then have to pay for that turbo tax and for your state taxes to be e filed. I finally got to a payment window but it had to be repeated one time. When you get to the credit card payment window and enter information, you are almost there. Pay for the efile of the state return and you are done!.
