Where is the jump to link?

Are you using the Online version?  I clicked on the search magnifying glass and typed 1099R (it changed my R to a little r) in the search box on the right side.  I then clicked on 1099r in the drop down box.  Then I got this......

Where is the jump to link from the help info for schedule K-1?

Turbo Tax Deluxe for Mac,.Unable to locate the Jump To link. Attempting to Edit previously entered Sales Tax and purchase price for auto purchased in 2019.

Follow the following steps to locate and edit these entries:

1. Under Federal, Choose Deductions & Credits
2. Under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, click Start/Revisit next to Sales Tax
3. If it is comparing your sales and income tax, click on Try Sales Tax Deduction Anyway
4. Choose EasyGuide
5. The next screen should show any entries you have made for sales tax.

Where do I enter a like-kind exchange (Form 8824)?

It says search for "like kind" and go to the jump to link. I have no jump to link.

Pictures can speak a thousand words, so I'm providing your answer in images.  I'm using the Windows version.  If you're using a Mac, however, the search function may be different.

You can use either  Image 1 or Image 2 to get to the section.  Both are "jump to" methods.

Image 3 shows you what you will see when you get there.

Image 4 shows you what you will see after you make the selection on Image 3.

I left you 4 images above on 2 ways to get there using "Jump to" links, which is the fastest and most direct.

If you can't get that method to work, here's an image that will show you how to get there using direct navigation.

First you have to get back to a screen that says "Let's gather your business info."    Here's how:

• Business tab
• Subtab Business Income and Expenses
• "I'll choose what I work on"
• "Lets gather your business info."
• Scroll all the way down to last category "Less common business situations".
• Then choose Sale of Business Property.
• Next screen will be: Any other property sales?   where you can choose like-kind exchanges.

That "jump to" doesn't work well if you don't use the right case and exact term.   The "jump to" for that topic will only work if you enter the search term exactly like this without quotes and all lower case:

 I can tell you other methods.  You didn't say if you are using Online TurboTax or the desktop version (CD/download).  Here are the steps to enter a 1099-OID in the desktop version.    If you are using the Online version, I can tell you the Online navigation steps, or there is an additional Online shortcut method I can tell you.

Federal taxes tab (Personal in Home and Business)

Subtab "Wages and Income"

"I'll chose what I work on"

Your 2019 Income Summary Page.

Scroll down to topic Interest and Dividends.  (see image #1 below)

Choose subtopic 1099-OID, foreign accounts and click Start (or Update)

Next screen:  Miscellaneous Investment Income (see image #2)

Thanks.  Worked for me as well.  Very counterintuitive.    You must type the search term into the search box then click directly on the magnifying glass icon in order to the get to the Jump To link.  Hitting the return key instead of directly clicking on the magnifying glass icon renders a totally different result.    A bug for TurboTax to fix.

To enter charitable donations -

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Charitable Donations
• On Import from ItsDeductible Online, click on the start or update button

Or enter charitable donation in the Search box located in the upper right of the online program screen. Click on Jump to charitable donation
