I have the turbotax deluxe cd. I cannot use it as I do not have Microsoft 10. The Download using the license code is not available anywhere I can find on InstallTurboTax.com. The sites that open are all for purchasing online taxes. I have seen that others who have purchased TurboTax are complaining that they too cannot find what is printed as available in the purchased TurboTax.

Yes that is the web address to download the program if you bought the CD.  You don't need to have Windows 10.  Windows 8 or higher.   Window System Requirements

There should be a card in the CD case that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.

Did you install the 2020 desktop software on your personal computer?

I have used TurboTax for several years and this is the first time that I have not been able to down load the CD  and it does nothing at all.

I accidently broke the CD I purchased when removing it from the package.  I have a license code.  Can I download it somewhere using the license code?
