What is this error “Form N-11: Interest Expense calculation updates have not been completed. Check back after January 19” ?

Yup! pretty freaking annoying. I thought i was doing something wrong so i literally deleted my whole tax return and started over on several different platforms. i.e safari, app, Crome, firefox. All with the same error and i talked with a tax expert each time with little to no help. If it wasn't an error and said fix this number and said something like hawaii isnt taking efile yet, please wait to file. I wouldn't be so bent out of shape about it. I honestly think its a error in the software. Gonna give it another week per the response above

Filed federal, deleted state, will catch up with error when it is fixed.

I am getting the same exact error. Turbotax has not updated their software definitions. I tried on H&R Block's software and did not get the same error.

My friends also used H&R and said they didn't have problems.

They also said it's CHEAPER.

I guess it's time to switch.

I continue to get this error.  It's 2/2/2022 and still having problems.  Anyone else having problems?  I loaded the program onto my computer from the CD ROM i purchased.

Same issue here.  Blocking me from submitting both state and federal.  

Please fix asap, already wasted time going through and trying to fix, clearing cache, etc.

Having this problem on ProSeries software too. It's 2/3/2022 and no fixes. I update the program daily and there are no Hawaii N-11 updates solve this issue. What is being done to solve?

Have the same issue as others and its now 2/3/22.  Bought a copy of turbo tax deluxe from Costco.  Thinking about returning it since its not working and getting a different software to finish up my taxes.

they told me call the Hawaii State tax office. That sounds like fun!!!

I was able to delete my state taxes and file only Fed. I’ll go back when this is fixed to file state.

I got mine from Amazon, and was thinking the same thing about returning it.. Maybe if a lot of us start returning the software, Turbo tax might catch the hint. GET THIS FIX...
