Hi. I filed my 2021 state and federal taxes with TurboTax. I received my fed return but the state of nj has no record of my return. What went wrong?
Did you receive notification from NJ that your state return was accepted? If so they should show it as being received.
When did you file?
Check back into TurboTax to ensure that it has been sent. Also, verify that you received e-mail notification that the return was accepted by NJ

I completely agree!! Whenever I call the number I spend ten minutes denying all the crap they’re trying to sell me and yet I still don’t get a person. What a rip off!!! And it’s 2022 I seriously can’t chat with a live person online or send an email????????
I filed through turbo tax on March 26 th I have not received my federal taxes what is the hold up
Did you efile? Was it Accepted? Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?

If your return is Accepted then check IRS Where’s my Refund?

The IRS is taking a long time this year to send refunds. Keep waiting.

Are you asking about a tax refund for a return you submitted? If so, here's some info:
If you efiled, double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home. If using desktop software, you can check from inside the software.

I have spent MONTHS this year and last year trying to get HELP from TT - and the phone number listed in your support gives me a recording that says it is now available (not allowed?) from the area that I am calling from (which is SOUTH CAROLINA, USA!).... You charge me hundreds of $$$$ each year for ZERO help. I am stuck this year, been stuck for MONTHS - same as last year - zero fffff'n help you YOU TT !!!!!!
