I received and email stating that my credit card was declined. I have attempted to update my information numerous times per instruction in the email. I have used the original credit card and another credit card but I get the same message when I update the information "message Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." I have called the number listed for assistance in email 3 or 4 times, but still have no results. Is there anyone at Turbo Tax that knows what wrong with my account.

Don't bother contacting support . They just give you instructions on how to use the page which is pretty self explanatory. They don't get that it just doesn't work!! Tried on both Explorer and Chrome.

The Debit Card $250 advance is a nightmare but if you need the cash fast
get it and get ready for phone time. TIP- the debit card fills from your federal
return. Edit your state tax or Call Turbo Tax before submitting and have them
confirm you know where your refund will come from.
Credit card info is ported from TurboTax to them and there are many answers
to your questions - not all of them right. They don't seem to have their business
going smoothly and it FRUSTRATES THE HE\\ out of me
I've been told that too only to find there was no sign on option if it didn't
recognize you. One way to prove who you are and if it doesn't match their
records, get ready for a minimun of 3 phone calls with a average wait
time of 12 minutes.
Yeah - Easy
