I am having the same issue. Parents filed MFJ in 2018, mother passed away in 2019. I filed the 2019 return, also MFJ, but it was rejected saying I have the incorrect AGI for my deceased mother. It is the same as my father's obviously, but since she is deceased did it change hers to zero? I have tried submitting several times but it keeps rejecting.
