Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
If over 21 days since being Accepted by the IRS and the tax refund is still Processing you can call the IRS and speak with an IRS agent concerning your tax refund.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
Or you can contact your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 or call 1-844-545-5640 to set up an appointment
Or you may want to contact a Taxpayer Advocate in your area. See this IRS website for Taxpayer Advocate in your area and a toll free number - http://www.irs.gov/Advocate/Local-Taxpayer-Advocate

I have no idea what that means. TurboTax is not used to "view PDF files." PDF files are viewed in a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader, some browsers, etc. To get help you need to explain your situation in enough detail that folks can understand your issue. Also, what version of the Mac OS X are you using?
I have not received my 2020 turbotax CD yet. The cost was taken out of my account, but I have not recieved it.

Excess Roth IRA contribution credit
For tax year 2019, I contributed $3,128 to my Roth IRA. However, my income was above the threshold allowed to contribute, and so all of it was considered "excess." I paid a 6% penalty.
For tax year 2020, I contributed $2,000 to my Roth IRA, and my income is back below the threshold, which means I can contribute up to $6,000 total.
In TurboTax, under "Deductions and Credits," I entered $2,000 as my contributions for 2020. I did not convert anything to a traditional IRA, and I did not make any withdrawals.
I entered $3,128 as my "Excess Roth IRA Contributions for Prior Years."
Then it asks, "How Much Excess to 2020? Indicate how much of remaining excess contribution of $3,128 you want to credit toward 2020 Roth IRA contributions."
For "Excess to Credit to 2020 Roth IRA Contributions," I entered the full amount, $3,128, since adding that to my $2,000 is a total of $5,128, which is still under the yearly limit of $6,000.
When I go to review and submit, my completecheck™ to-do list says, "Answers to review. Ensures your final number is right." I click "Review," and it says, "IRA Contributions Worksheet: Taxpayer's excess Roth IRA contribution credit should not be more than zero." The number currently typed into the box is $3,128. Should I change it to zero? But then I wouldn't be rolling over my excess from 2019 into 2020.
I already spoke to an IRS representative, and they said I was eligible to roll it over. Is this a mistake in the TurboTax software? Can I leave everything as is? I just don't want to continue having to pay a 6% penalty every year. Please help!
I had a terrible experience for the first time in over 10 years. I wasted an entire hour and didn’t get resolution. The live person put me on hold for long periods of time, had a very heavy accent that was extremely difficult to understand, had loud children and barking dogs in the background. The sound quality was awful, like he was in a tunnel. I am very frustrated and no closer to solving my problem.

You have not told us what the problem is.
You should ask a NEW question of your own rather than add on the a thread that is 4 pages long and several years old.
Trying to see where my refund is
You can track the status of your tax refund on the IRS Where's My Refund site. You will need your SSN, filing status, and exact refund amount. The Where's My Refund site has the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your tax return and a specific date of when to expect your refund.
Please see the TurboTax FAQ When will I get my IRS refund? for more information.
