Go to the IRS website and download a tax transcript for 2018 - the AGI they have on you is on that and you can use it for efiling. Also if it's wrong you can begin the process of correcting it (amended return, etc)
The IRS requires your 2018 AGI to verify your identity for e-filing. If you're paper-filing your return, you won't need your AGI because those are manually processed.
There are a few places you can get your 2018 AGI:
If you didn't file a 2018 federal tax return (or you haven't filed one yet), enter 0 as your AGI.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
