I've also had the same issue and I'm beyond mad and pissed off at this company this is the second year in a row I've had a problem with getting my refund period let alone in advance I've never in my life Dell was such improfessionalism and I've been hung up on so many times it's ridiculous and all they do is send you back and forth between each other they don't fix the problem all they're fixing their self up for is a lawsuit from hell

Something wrong with credit karma and turbo I applied and I'm not being told if I got it or was denied ! In fact I have emailed saying the two accounts linked up but when I'm in turbo tax or credit karma I'm treated by both accounts as if they are not connected

I applied for an advanced but was denied. I filled on 1\23\22 and accept 1\24\22 and where my refund show a deposit date for 2\9\22 and now it says sent to my bank credit karma on 2\9\22 and its 2\10\22 I still have no refund also on my credit karma is not showing my approval date or sent like it shows on where my refund also my transcript says 2\9\22 Whats going on

Hi I have a question I called turbo tax and talked to a specialist and they said they have no record of me applying for an advance. I know I applied because they made me create a credit karma account why does no one at turbo tax know anything ?? Why would they have no record of me applying when I did actually apply I need answers is there like a manager I can talk to that might know more than these specialist??

I am having same issue as this! No evidence of a refund advance at all when I applied and the only reason I got a credit karma account ! I applied when I submitted my taxes , I was accepted by it's within 25 min of e-file on the 8th still says accepted but no evidence of the advance what so ever! Turbo tax is no help and neither is credit karma!

I am wandering the same thing..IRS says my federal refund was sent to my Credit Karma money acct on the 9th and still nothing!! We have always had ours before the IRS deposit date or before with Chime! I'm very disappointed!

You say that it's been resolved but that's too late for us because we keep getting told that or at least I keep getting told that I can't apply for it now that I've already submitted my tax return but I already applied for it and you guys have no record of it so I'm pretty much screwed and one unhappy customer I spent the extra to get extras from TurboTax just to get screwed over

This happened to me too. Said I was approved. Then once the tax return was accepted turbo tax said it was denied and I would get an email telling why. No email from the bank. Nothing. This is BS. I filed on the 6th of February.

I agree. I literally am about to change tax software providers over it which sucks because I have used turbo tax since I started doing my own taxes 15 years ago but the credit karma partnership has brought down the value immensely. Never have I had issues like I'm having now and credit karma support is non existent which makes turbotax look bad.

SO TRUE, WORST THING THEY EVER DID! IT TOOK 5 DAYS TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY JUST TO CHANGE MY EMAIL.  THEN I GET APPROVED FOR THE TAX ADVANCE AND CAN'T OPEN THE "CHECKING ACCOUNT " BECAUSE THEY CAN'T VERIFY MY IDENTITY! THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I'VE EVER HEARD,  ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAD JUST VERIFIED IT!
