Refund advance and credit karma 2021-2022

Why haven’t I received my refund I was promised I would receive my refund advance 1-2 hours after the IRS accepted and I haven’t received anything and the IRS accepted my federal and state at midnight February 15th 2022

Same thing with me. Money isn’t in card, accepted 1/24, nobody has a explanation why.

I’m having the same complaint with my state tax refund. It say my refund was issued on 2/17. But the money is not showing in my credit karma account as of 2/23. I am being transferred back and forth between turbo tax and credit karma who both say they don’t no what’s going on. This is ridiculously. My federal refund states that my refund will be issue on 2/24. Hopefully that shows up in my credit karma account or I’m calling bbb, Iowa refund and IRS. I paid a lot of money to use this service but have not gotten anything in return.

Credit karma is a scam, allegedly?  I keep getting these offers in the mail that I have been pre-approve for a loan. It’s a scam bc every time you apply to that mail credit karma gets paid money. I took credit repair classes and they said credit karma gets a fee every time someone apply for that loan. We  don’t have to get approved for loan, credit karma still get paid just for us applying. Using turbo tax as their refund software seem like another one of credit karma tactics to scam the public.

I'm in the same position. Where's My Refund says 2/24 deposit say but this is my first time with Credit Karma account. I am very nervous. I definitely need those funds to be there. My family has not had stable housing for months and we're relying on the refund for a security deposit. first month's rent. I only went the Credit Karma for the route for the refund advance but I was denied and given no option to switch deposit methods. I see now that using a P.O. Box for my address might have been the reason for denial according to the fine print. But again, unstable housing situation, nowhere to send mail except a P.O Box.

It did seem like a bunch of returns are in this 2/24 (3/1 at the latest) group. Based on all of the news articles and the IRS messages on their website.

I got my federal  refund today on that credit karma card. 

I have not gotten my state refund the state said my refund was issue on 2/17 the state is investigating to see what happened to my refund.

Turbo tax took out $122.46  out of my federal refund. They charged me for Delux which I never agreed to get delux filing I asked for simple filing. They too, over charges us And take our money, like credit karma… This Need To Stop!!! Another Case of the rich stealing from the poor!!

Yes taxact and olt (online tax) doesn’t over charges or take our money. they charges $7.99 or no more than $9.99 to efile our taxes. 
Turbo tax lures us in with this FAKE refund advance loan.. then take our money!! $122.46 turbo tax took out of my refund for WHAT??? Still haven’t gotten my state refund that was issued on 2/17…didn’t get the FAKE refund advanced loan..I never applied for delux but got charged for it. Paid credit karma 89$ for the Fake advanced loan.
