Please provide more context. Auto debit for what reason? That can be interpreted a couple of different ways. Please clarify.
Is it this??
Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund? And if so, has your Federal refund been delayed an unusually long time (or reduced) at the IRS? And has TurboTax been emailing you bills asking you to pay the fees, or else they will debit your bank account?
@ Bigperm
In the interest of time, if what I described above is your situation (i.e., if you chose to pay fees out of your Federal refund, and now TurboTax is emailing you a bill for fee payment because of a delay or reduction in your refund), you should phone TurboTax Support ASAP and ask for a deferment before they start the auto debit process. They start that auto debit process 2-3 days ahead of time. They say once they start it, they can't stop it. TurboTax Support is open tonight until 9 PM Pacific (12 Midnight Eastern.)
If that's your situation, and you have received an emailed bill from TurboTax, there may be a phone number to use to contact them. Otherwise, here's another way to reach them:
Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week

Or if the above is not your situation, by "extend auto debit" are you referring to a scheduled debit date for payment of Federal taxes due that you set up with the IRS when filing your return?
If so, we can give you some information on cancelling a debit payment to the IRS and tell you some options to pay later.
As you can see, without context your question can be interpreted in two entirely different ways.
Auto debit is on 4/3/2020 need to extend due to hardship
You will need to call TurboTax Customer Support to see if there is still time to extend it, please click on the link Contact Us and follow the steps.
I received an email they are going to take a fee out of my account but I'm not working and I dont have to money in my account. The email went to a spam box so I didnt even know until yesterday.
Due to the current circumstances I will not have enough money in my account to cover the amount owed. I need to schedule a different pay date.

Call the phone number on the email you received from TurboTax to make payment arrangements.
The same thing happened to me and I called the 800# and was told there was nothing they can do about it since it’s already in que.
Yes my refund has been delayed and now with the virus it’s delayed even longer
I was told the same thing. All of this is ridiculous. Turbo tax never said I needed the form that held my taxes up in the first place. Now when I really need it you cant even find out about it. To stressful
I need to extend auto-debit for my account... I don’t have the funds to pay this right now. Is there a pmt plan

You can phone Customer Support ASAP and ask for a deferment. However, it depends on what debit date they have given you. They start that debit process 2-3 days ahead of time. So if they have already started it, they say they can't stop it. So phone them ASAP to find out the status and see if they can give you a deferment.
If there's a phone number in your emailed bill, try that first. Or here's another way to reach Customer Support if needed:
Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week

Hello I was wondering if there was a way to extend the debit date from the 10th to the 23rd of this month. I lost my part time job and my full time job hours and pay both have been cut due to this covid 19.
