Please provide more context.  Auto debit for what reason?   That can be interpreted a couple of different ways.  Please clarify.

      Is it this??

Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?  And if so, has your Federal refund been delayed an unusually long time (or reduced) at the IRS?  And has TurboTax been emailing you bills asking you to pay the fees, or else they will debit your bank account?

If you’ve already filed your federal taxes with TurboTax

You can’t change your payment date in TurboTax after your return has been accepted but you can cancel it and make other payment arrangements with the IRS.

Federal tax direct debit payments can be canceled up to 2 business days prior to the debit date. To cancel, call the U.S. Treasury Financial Agent at 888-353-4537.

Then, to schedule a new payment, go to the IRS Direct Pay site.

Please be aware that due to IRS office closures and limited staffing, they have temporarily suspended phone services.

I also suggest you try creating an IRS online account by using the link below:

    Total charges: $30.00

You will need to contact TurboTax support directly for assistance.  Users answering questions here cannot perform the necessary tasks to make the change to your debit date.  You must take action as soon as possible.

See the following TurboTax article for instructions:  Why was my bank account auto-debited for TurboTax fees?

I have been trying to contact the specialist directly. I tell them auto debit through the automated voice prompts and it says does not understand.  @AnnetteB6

What payment are you referring to?

The TurboTax account fees?  Federal taxes owed on the 2020 federal tax return?  State taxes owed on the 2020 state tax return?

Yes, the fees from turbo tax! It was supposed to be taken out of my federal but that has not yet been disbursed. I’m panicking as I don’t have much in my account and don’t want to overdraw!! #StupidCovid

You need to contact Support and they should be able to extend your auto debit 21 days from the original date. Note: They can only defer payment once.

I thought it was a FREE service. I've used it before and wasn't charged ever. This year I was not able to complete my filing unless I accepted YOUR TERMS. I have NO MONEY right now. I owed taxes and I guess they kept my refund. Please reconsider and DO NOT TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON THE 21st. The phone number is only recorded/automated. Can't talk with A PERSON. How am I supposed to talk with you. It was supposed to be FREE!!!! Thanks Ms Myers
