Tax returns for years prior to 2020 cannot be e-filed using TurboTax, they can only be printed and mailed.
Go to this TurboTax website for prior year tax preparation software that can be downloaded and installed on a personal computer - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

When I enter changes in my turbotax federal software screen the changes are not reflected in the refund/owe window. Please advise.
Thank you,
Marc
What are you changing? Some changes might not affect the refund or tax due. Like if you are already getting back all that you can then more deductions won't change it.
Please call me. I need a manager please. I already checked with professional tax person and I am entitled to credit from Long term care. Please help me amend my tax return without doing the entire year over!! please help me!!

So, this is just a chat session offered for small business guys like me? Not sure that will do me any good.
And, you have a typo in your invitation. Is this happening on 10/27, or Thursday, 10/28?
