You can get free 2019 tax transcript from the IRS
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
If you filed late last year there is a good chance that the 2019 AGI never was entered into the e-file database. Try using 0 (zero) for the AGI.
If you filed an amended return use the AGI on the first filed tax return.
If it continues to reject then the AGI in the IRS database might be in error. Mail filing is the only option.

I only was rejected 3-times and finally got in touch with a real person. Solution was easy actually. I went to the 2019IRS 1040_SR return 8 (b) and on line found the AGI number that was needed. The Turbo Tax reject box had a completely different number. I added the 2019 number and it has been IRS accepted.
Okay, I guess misery loves company. Third year in a row I've had trouble e-filing. Not sure where the problem lies but as a CPS retired from public practice, I guess I'll go old school for now on and mail in paper forms. I'm done with Turbo Tax.
My Turbotax forms were rejected 3 times. I kept confirming the AGI from last year was correct - it didn't matter. I was about to give up. But before I went to print and snail mail the returns - I did try putting 0 (zero) in the space for last year's AGI. It actually worked! The forms were accepted and I got a confirmation. Try it. Might work for you.

DID THIS, CONFIRMED AGI ON 1040 LINE 11 AND WITH IRS TRANSCRIPT...STILL REJECTED!!! TURBO TAX SUPPORT IS NON-0EXISTANT, DONE WITH TURBO TAX
Please see the below TurboTax help article for a list of potential reasons your return is being rejected due to the AGI.
What if I entered the correct AGI and I'm still getting an e-file reject?
I'm having the same issue. This is my second time trying. After the first time of being rejected, I doubled checked my tax return AGI from 2020 and I also went online to IRS site to check the AGI that they had for me through verifyme and it was the same. Not incorrect at all. I did, however, file a late return last year and just now got last year's return sent a few days ago. I called IRS but they wouldn't take any of my info and said I could just "try" to put 0 for my AGI. But I don't see how that will work in the sense that they literally have the same AGI on file that I keep trying to put. It's been in processing mode again for another 4 days now so I'm assuming this will also be rejected. What should I do?

If your e-filed 2021 federal tax return is in Processing mode then it has been Accepted (received by the IRS) and will not be rejected.
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

I meant to say stuck in pending (not in processing)! It's been a few days again and still stuck there. Exactly what happened when I first filed and then it was rejected.

Pending simply means that your e-filed return is on its way and that the government hasn't accepted or rejected it yet.
It appears that the same issue from last year is an issue again this year. My Federal Tax return has been rejected now 4 times, even though the AGI is absolutely correct. Why is this happening? Why have you not corrected the issue? This is the first time in 10 years that Turbo Tax is failing me.

There is a possibility that the IRS does not have your 2020 AGI in their database.
Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.
My 2021 Fed return got rejected for 2 reasons that I know....1. You didn't give me any time for us to sign the returns( Fed and state).
2. The fed return asked for my wife'a AGI. We can not provide it. I managed to find a possible copy of a completed 2020 Fed return but all of our records from 2020 were distroyed in a file. Can I get around the AGI subject by snail mail the returns for 2021
