USING ZERO WORKS! My Turbotax forms were rejected 3 times. I kept confirming the AGI from last year was correct - it didn't matter. I was about to give up. But before I went to print and snail mail the returns - I did try putting 0 (zero) in the space for last year's AGI. It actually worked! The forms were accepted and I got a confirmation. Try it. Might work for you.
