Hi. I keep getting rejected when I file my return. Error is new IP ID. I have wife and two dependents daughters. My wife just got an ID. Do I have to have all 4 persons with ID?

I was able to recover my account. I want the money I paid to be refunded back to the original payment how I made it. No one has helped me resolve my issue and I can not grt anyone back on the phone

No this is my frustration with customer service you do not listen! I want my refund i was able to get into my account! I want a refund from this company that I paid in 2024 because no one has helped me with my taxes im taking my taxes to a different company
