I was paid $250.00 as a poll worker for the election in November. I received no 1099. Where in Turbotax should I enter this income

Income earned as a poll worker is taxable and entered on Line 8 (Form 1040) as Miscellaneous Income.
To report one time non-wage income received, enter it as follows:
The amount should appear on Form 1040, Line 8, Other income. To see Federal form 1040, line 8, How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing?
Similar situation as the o/p. I am in Ohio, received $250. Why is there not a specific spot to enter this at. I feel reporting it as miscellaneous does not take into account the appropriate state laws around election worker income. For example, election worker income from what i read in Ohio is not subject to social security or medicare withholdings.
