I actually had the amount deducted from my refund. I did not mean to select the Premiere package, but it wouldn't allow me to return to complete it under the Free package. Even though I completed the Premiere package, I didn't need it.

You would not be able to switch to the Free Edition now. To downgrade, you'll need to clear and start over. Keep in mind that you won't be able to do this if you've already submitted payment or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund.
