What forms of payment does TurboTax Online accept? - Intuit
The solution presented absolutely FAILS to address my situation. Since Intuit/Turbotax removed the only option I had to pay, Intuit/Turbotax needs to come up with a new solution that works for me. Please reinstate Paypal as an option, or suggest some other way that an overseas taxpayer without any US-based credit card could pay for your services.
I'm in the same situation, overseas. Was so happy when I could pay by PayPal last year. Please bring this back! Or accept credit cards with foreign addresses like most websites. This is 2024.
Why does TurboTax even support forms for people living overseas (ex: earned income exclusion) if we can't even pay to file or even download a PDF of our tax return? :(

You're asking me to incur the expense of an international phone call? All I need is a simple Yes or No answer.
Here's what I need answered:
ARE YOU OFFERING PAYPAL AS A PAYMENT OPTION THIS YEAR?
If the answer is Yes, then I can go ahead and use Turbotax to file my taxes. If the answer is No, then I know that I should take my business elsewhere. Just like I ended up doing last year.
I don't think PayPal has ever been an option for Online versions. Maybe you can use PayPal to buy the desktop program. But it would still need to have a US billing address. Since this FAQ doesn't specifically say PayPal I would think you can't use it.

Maybe you used a credit card with a US address before like a relative's credit card.
Gaslighting?
I used PayPal online last year, and it didn't require a US address.
They removed it this year.
