Please follow these steps:
I need a PIN number so I can file
There are 2 possible PIN numbers and they serve different purposes. There is a 5-digit Self-Select PIN and a 6-digit Identity Protection (IP) PIN. @Mallon
The IP PIN is a six-digit number that the IRS assigns to victims of tax-related identity theft. Only the IRS issues these; click the link if you need more information on the IP PIN.
The Self-Select PIN is a random five-digit number that you enter as your electronic signature when e-filing your return.. You can reuse your Self-Select PIN from last year or create a new one to use. It doesn’t matter which option you choose.
For identification purposes, you need to enter either last year’s Self-Select PIN or adjusted gross income (AGI). You are the only one that knows the PIN you used to e-file last year - it is not recorded or saved anywhere in TurboTax. If you did not e-file last year, you do not have a prior year self-select PIN.
Trying to get ippi number
If you are talking about the IP PIN pin that is given to victims of Identity Theft, click on this link that Dawn gave above - "The IP PIN is a six-digit number ". This will take you to a TurboTax Help article that will tell you where to go on the IRS website to try to get your IP PIN from them online.
I don't have my 2019 tax refund and I don't remember my 5 digit pin
If you prepared your tax return using TurboTax in 2019, you can follow the instructions in the link below to access your 2019 tax return.
Accessing prior year returns in TurboTax
The other option is to order copies or transcripts from the IRS.

Is my pin my password??

A PIN for what reason??? We don't know what kind of PIN you are referring to, since you've provided no context in regard to your issue. For example, we don't know if you are in the process of efiling a 2020 return and referring to a 5-digit Self-Select PIN used to electronically sign the 2020 return, or a 6-digit IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN) for certain victims of ID theft, or some other PIN. If you have either of those PINS, those are numbers not passwords.
Or are you trying to verify a 2020 return using your 2019 Self-Select PIN instead of the 2019 AGI?
You would need to explain your situation in enough detail that users in the community forum might know what you are asking about, but do not post any personal info in this public Internet forum.
And what tax year are you referring to? In another recent thread you said you are preparing a 2019 return, which cannot be prepared online and which cannot be efiled. A 2019 return requires the 2019 desktop software and has to be printed, signed, dated, and mailed.

This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support or your card's support. I suspect you are referring to a Turbo Visa Debit Card. If so, that's separate from TurboTax. Here's the main Turbo Visa Debit Card's website which has a Help section and a Contact section.
https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/
The Help section there says:
FAQ: I forgot my PIN. How do I reset it?
"If you forget your PIN or would like to change it, you can make the change by logging in to the Turbo Card App."
Customer Support for the Turbo Visa Debit Card:
Can remember pin
@mccabechristine72 We don't know which PIN you are referring to, so I will give you a few Help Articles that can assist you.
Additional Reference: What happened to the e-filing PIN?
Please help me recover a new PIN so that I may file my taxes
