This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support or your card's support. I suspect you are referring to a Turbo Visa Debit Card. If so, that's separate from TurboTax. Here's the main Turbo Visa Debit Card's website which has a Help section and a Contact section.

"If you forget your PIN or would like to change it, you can make the change by logging in to the Turbo Card App."
