I have tried calling and I get a computer voice who can't understand what my name is when I spell it. The voice won't give me to a real person without more information, which they can't understand.

So how do I get the comfornation number.

Trying the phone number gets computer voice that won't give me a real person. It just keeps saying I did not understand you.

@Cass0317 @MichelleLO @it is one ridiculous process. Aside from getting trapped with zombie sounding automated machine, when you do get connected to a human, 90% of the people you speak with have no clue why we are calling. After multiple attempts, i was finally able to talk with an individual who as well had no knowledge of this process, but he spent 15 minutes with me to understand the issue and he looked up internal systems to get me what i wanted. He learnt as he helped me. This is unacceptable. TurboTax should know they dont have monopoly anymore to file self-prepared tax returns. Please escalated this issue to your management and get 15 minute training done for your employees.

What the heck - I am in some kind of blackhole loop.  I need a confirmation number and it just keeps asking me to login and then I get texted a confirmation code to get logged it.  Then when I try again it happens all over again.
