Aside from getting trapped with zombie sounding automated machine, when you do get connected to a human, 90% of the people you speak with have no clue why we are calling. After multiple attempts, i was finally able to talk with an individual who as well had no knowledge of this process, but he spent 15 minutes with me to understand the issue and he looked up internal systems to get me what i wanted. He learnt as he helped me. This is unacceptable. TurboTax should know they dont have monopoly anymore to file self-prepared tax returns. Please escalated this issue to your management and get 15 minute training done for your employees.
