Sounds like either a bad CD or your cd drive is flaky.
There is no single published number because it changes contently depending on the nature of the call and agent availability. Following the link below will either give a current number for you to call or take your number for a callback.

try a different CD or dvd. if it flakes out it's likely the drive otherwise it's the TT CD.
I don't understand why anyone buys the CD ... it is a useless piece of plastic which seem to always have issues. It ONLY has a beta version of the program anyway and must be updated the moment you install it.
Simply use the instructions that came with the CD to download a version as instructed and skip the CD altogether.

My friend has a Mac. Here is my note from installing 2019
To install on Mac. I bought the CD from Costco and don't have a CD drive on the Mac. Was able to download it. It went very smooth. When you see the download on the screen to download, first click on the blue Copy Code link to the left. Then after you install it and need to activate you can do Command + V to paste the code into the box.
There should be a card in the CD case that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.
