Turbotax does not have access to your W-2's. You need to contact your employer.

You should always contact your employer for a copy of the W-2 you are missing.
If you tried multiple times and were unable to get one, then if you have all your paystubs for the year you can add them together and enter them on the Substitute W2 Form 4852 that you can download or request from IRS and fill out,
If you do not have the federal ID #, then you will probably be forced to file a paper return. So, take all steps with your employer to get an actual copy from them so you can e-file it.

I am trying to get a copy of my W2 from one of my employers and I'm unable to.
For the actual W-2, there are three ways to get them.
If you just need the information from your W-2 forms, but not an actual copy, you could use your pay stubs (last one for the year) or use the IRS transcript for federal information (link above).
