For the actual W-2, there are three ways to get them.
- Ask your employer(s) for another copy. (Best resource)
- Get them from the Social Security Administration. There is a fee of $90. See the following link. How can I get a copy of my W-2
- See the following link for details. Get a Copy OR Transcript of Your Return
If you just need the information from your W-2 forms, but not an actual copy, you could use your pay stubs (last one for the year) or use the IRS transcript for federal information (link above).
