Why do you need to file a 2002 tax return from 23 years ago?

Can you clarify if you mean tax year 2002 or 2022?

If you really need to go back as far as 2002, TurboTax no longer offers the software for tax years 2020 and older. Keep in mind that if you are due a refund from 2002, it's too late to claim it.

If you actually just need to go back to 2022, you would need to download the 2022 TurboTax Desktop version for Windows or Mac depending on your computer.

You can only file 2024 and the last 3 years with Turbo Tax.   2024 is the current  year we are filing now and you can use either the Online web version or the Desktop Download Program.  For 2021-2023 you need to use the Desktop propram.
