How to do this on a Mac?  If not supported, can we do this via Quick Employee Forms?  We purchased Home & Business (for Mac) - but Quick Employee Forms is redirecting us to purchase Business for Windows to access the features.

You cannot create a W-2 and 1099 using Home & Business on a Mac. However, you can create a W-2 and 1099 using TurboTax Quick Employer Forms.
