If you have not already e-filed or mailed your tax return you can change the bank account information by going to the "File" section to make the change:

• Login to TurboTax and go into your tax timeline, select the File tab.
• There are three steps listed. Click on Start/Revisit next to Step 2.
• You'll have the choice for in my bank for direct deposit or paper check to receive in the mail, make sure the I want my refund deposited into this account box is unchecked.
• Select direct deposit, correct the information and then click continue at the bottom.

Did you already e-file?  If you did NOT e-file you can go to the FILE section and change how you want to receive your refund.  If you want direct deposit you need the routing number and your own account number.

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.

If you e-filed:

Banking information for direct deposit is wrong

If you entered incorrect banking information for your refund, you can change it if your return is rejected.  If it is accepted, however, it is too late to change it.  The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS.  Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return.  Expect a delay of at least a couple of weeks to receive your refund.

I have e filed my federal return and IRS has accepted it. I found out after filing that my bank info is incorrect and IRS will not be able to take taxes owed to them by me. How do fix this problem?

what if you owe money to IRS, how can one correct bank info?

You can't correct it.  Then the IRS will send you a bill.  Or pay it yourself.
