What appointment? Just a guess--- No one in the user forum arranges or cancels calls with the Live support--if that is what you mean. You will have to contact them yourself.

Cancel 12:45 appt whatever it is for, cancel it

Yes I would like to cancel my appointment for the 29th at 2:00 and reschedule it Wednesday the 30th the same time 2:00
