What was the error?
What year was it for?
Have you already filed the tax return?
Was the error on your federal tax return or state? If state, what state?

I did not get an answer. I went round and round with the menu. It seems like the only way l could get out of the menu was to give turbo tax money, ie, sign up for a $30 upgrade! Very frustrating as l tried several days in a row.
The snarky reply saying we are all real people here, and then STILL not getting a customer service person to help was the last straw! I will never recommend or use this service again.
I'm sorry. I didn't notice before that you are using TurboTax Free Edition. TurboTax does not provide telephone support for Free Edition unless you add the PLUS Help & Support package, which you have to pay for. See the FAQ at the following link for information about PLUS Help & Support.
What's included in PLUS Help & Support?
We will try to help you with the TurboTax error here if you answer the questions that I asked in my earlier reply above.
It appears that I have an error too. I used the Free Fed, Free State option but it wasn't as intuitive as I thought and no support. Turbo misclassified my pension income so that I ended up owing the state several hundred dollars. My fault for thinking Free was really Free. I'm sure it will now cost me to amend. All I can do is send a check for what I "owe" and hope the State's revenue people realize "my" error and refund what I send them. I don't know of any other choices. If there's a better way please advise. Thanks
