Since you are using the TurboTax Deluxe online editions you can speak to a TurboTax agent without charge.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

@17605807046   Sorry No you can't meet with a rep anywhere.  It's all online.  You might want to go to a local tax place to get caught up with your prior tax returns.  You can use TurboTax for the last 3 years.

 

Online is only good for the current year. For prior years you need to buy the Desktop program for each year. They only sell the last 3 years. You have to file each year separately.

You will need a full Windows or Mac to install it on.


You have to print and mail prior year returns. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.

We filed our taxes last March via TurboTax Deluxe and should have been done until next year!  Now I want to delete my CC. Please call or email me: [email address removed] or [phone number removed]. Please credit my card for $105.00!!!

This is a public Internet forum--a user community forum, not TurboTax Support, so don't post any personal info here.  But we can tell you how to reach them.   Where did you see a mention of "software storage"?   That's odd.

 

Or are you an Advantage customer with a standing order for the new desktop software version each year?  The new version came out yesterday.   If you are an Advantage member and have paid, then you should be able to download the new 2025 software.

 

In any case, no one can investigate your account from this user forum.   You would need to phone TurboTax Support to discuss it with them.  If asked, use keywords "Billing issue."
