How do I file a prior year tax return?

You can use TurboTax to file a new tax return for last year and other past years–2024, 2023, and 2022 returns. This is different from amending your return.
Your options:
Choose TurboTax Full Service to hand off your taxes to an expert to file your 2024 or 2023 tax return together with a 2025 return, subject to eligibility.
Or, purchase and download that year's TurboTax Desktop software for PC or Mac. Filing on your own in TurboTax Online and the mobile app are only available for the current tax year (2025).
