This is a public Internet forum--a user community forum, not TurboTax Support, so don't post any personal info here. But we can tell you how to reach them. Where did you see a mention of "software storage"? That's odd.
Or are you an Advantage customer with a standing order for the new desktop software version each year? The new version came out yesterday. If you are an Advantage member and have paid, then you should be able to download the new 2025 software.
In any case, no one can investigate your account from this user forum. You would need to phone TurboTax Support to discuss it with them. If asked, use keywords "Billing issue."
