That didn't work... it an automated system and I could not get the order cancelled..  It's not processed on my Credit Card yet..

@srj1957 It does start as an automated system, however if you follow the prompts it will get an actual human on the line.

If you used Online TurboTax, Customer Support is pretty strict.  But it can't hurt to plead your best case.

Hours are currently 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

Or was this a newly-placed order for the CD/download software?  

If you just recently ordered, you may be able to cancel a newly-placed order before it goes into processing if you act quickly.

1. Go to the Check Your Order Status page and enter your info
2. Select Cancel
   • If you don't see this, then your order has already moved into the processing stage and it's too late to cancel

If that's not your situation, or if it has already processed, then contact TurboTax Support as I mentioned in my other comment to you.
