If you just recently ordered, you may be able to cancel a newly-placed order before it goes into processing if you act quickly.
- Go to the Check Your Order Status page and enter your info
- Select Cancel
- If you don't see this, then your order has already moved into the processing stage and it's too late to cancel
If that's not your situation, or if it has already processed, then contact TurboTax Support as I mentioned in my other comment to you.
