How do I access my order info if I don't know my order number?

It does not include Order Number and that is what the people on this particular thread are looking for. No one needs to access the page that tells them what they own; they want access to the order number for the products.

After trying at this for way too long now it is clear that calling is the only way to go unfortunately.

This is so stupid. There is no "View Order Summary," option, and I never received an email with the order number. 

There's a "View E-File Summary," which does not include an order number. I feel like I've spent hours this year just trying to get to the pages I need to get to, or trying to find data like this. I think I'll hire an accountant next year.

I have the same issue.  When you sign up for auto-renewal they don't send you a receipt showing the amount you paid or an order number, but of course they hit your credit card for the total. 

Then when you log in to their site, they require an order number and your zip code in order to locate the order. 

I don't have an order number because they never provided it.  Yes, they send emails saying your auto-renewal is being processed and another email when the products are ready to download, but in none of those emails do they provide an order number. 

You should not have to call customer support to obtain a detailed receipt for a credit card charge they initiated.  Piss poor on Intuit.

If you ordered the TurboTax software as a download you do not need an order number.  Just sign onto your download account using the same User ID and password you used to order the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts&cgcview=downloads

If you want to cancel an order and do not have the order number then you will have to contact TurboTax support on Monday for assistance.  Use the key words Billing Issue

The order numbers for the products you purchased will be shown

If the purchase was from TurboTax the payment indicates you ordered the Basic desktop edition.

You need to sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID you used purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts&cgcview=billing

Go to https://accounts.intuit.com/ and then Products and Billing (on the left).  You should see Products and Payments.  Payments will show you the product and beside it you will see ... if you click it, you can view a receipt (of sorts).
