I have the same issue. When you sign up for auto-renewal they don't send you a receipt showing the amount you paid or an order number, but of course they hit your credit card for the total.
Then when you log in to their site, they require an order number and your zip code in order to locate the order.
I don't have an order number because they never provided it. Yes, they send emails saying your auto-renewal is being processed and another email when the products are ready to download, but in none of those emails do they provide an order number.
You should not have to call customer support to obtain a detailed receipt for a credit card charge they initiated. Piss poor on Intuit.
