I did that. It didn't work. In fact, I did it twice. Once with my virus software running and once without it.
No, i have the screen shots of right before i hit "purchase" and right after. I also spoke with someone in sales, at length, sent the screenshots and was told they would send me an email to obtain the refund. Never received the email I;ve spent HOURS on the phone trying to get Quickbooks payroll fixed, get the refund I was told I was receive and to try to get Turbotax working.

For what it's worth- I have an SSD for the C drive and another for the D Drive. C drive contains Windows OS and some programs that won't let me load on the D drive. I tried loading TT2023 on D drive and received error 209. Uninstalled and loaded on C drive, no problem.
Seriously? It is a year later and this still is not fixed? When asked where to install I selected a secondary SSD because the smaller OS SSD is short on space. So even though I chose the option offered to install on a secondary drive (out of necessity) TT2023 will not allow that option and is basically useless? To go a full year then release a new TT with the same old widely reported defect is unacceptable.
Correction. This has been a known problem for two years.
I initially installed TurboTax Deluxe 2023 on an internal secondary drive. When I attempted to start the program, I received error 209 and the program would not start. As other users have indicated, I had to uninstall from the secondary drive and reinstall on the C SSD boot drive. So far the program is working. Please fix this issue.
I am having this same issue, did you find a solution? I called TurboTax support and was told to just google it.
Make sure you install and run TurboTax on your C drive, temporarily disable all anti-virus software, and are running as Administrator.
