The one on my 2018 form
The 2018 AGI is on the 2018 Federal tax return you filed Form 1040 Line 7

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

In 2019 I filed my 2018 taxes. It was accepted and I received my refund. In 2020 I e-filed my 2019 taxes. after e-filing I realized I made a big error and completed an amended tax form. I printed this out and mailed it to the IRS. It was mailed on 9/15/2020. I have never received my refund of $1,346. Now I am trying to e-file my 2020 taxes and my AGI keeps getting my taxes rejected. What should I do?
You didn't say if your original 2019 return was Accepted. You need to check on that. They probably haven't finished processing the amended return yet.
Then to efile 2020 use the AGI from the original return. If that doesn't work try entering 0.
It is possible your 2019 return has not yet been processed as they are behind on returns currently.
You can track the progress of your amended return by using the Where's My Amended Return here.
Since your amended return is yet to be processed, use your AGI on the original return from 2019. If that does not work, then use 0.
Please check the FAQ here for a rejected return.

no I need 2018 so I can file 2019

What are you doing???? If you're using Online TurboTax, it can only prepare a 2020 return. Do NOT mistakenly file a 2019 return using current Online TurboTax, or you'll have a big problem. A 2019 return has to be prepared in 2019 desktop software (CD/download) installed on your computer, and a 2019 return cannot be efiled. It has to be printed, signed, and postal mailed.
That being said, we can tell you how to get a copy of your 2018 return, but you will NOT be able to efile the 2019 return. But first we need to understand how you prepared the 2018 return and what you are trying to do now. If you used Online TurboTax for the 2018 return, we can tell you how to find it. If you're not finding the 2018 return PDF in your current account, then you likely have multiple accounts that we can help you troubleshoot.

A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed. There is no need to use the 2018 AGI on the 2019 tax return since the 2018 AGI is only used for e-filing.
To complete and file a 2019 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2019 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
I am trying to file my 2019 taxes, and so they want my AGI from 2018.
@kozmajanice What? You don't need the AGI. That's only to efile. You have to print and mail prior year returns. Just ignore that.
You are using the 2019 Desktop installed program, right? You can't use Online. Online is only good for 2021 now.
I assume you are looking for your 2017 AGI for filing tax purpose. You need to look at your tax return of 2017 and it should be at your cover page. Otherwise, go to google and search finding AGI in past years. It should give you instructions on how to find it back via IRS website. Good luck
