Form 7206 cannot be efiled!

Just so everyone knows, e-filing 7206 is available with TT Online and with H&R Block software.  This is not an IRS issue, it's a TT issue.

If TurboTax doesn't solve this soon, I'll buy different software so I can e-file.

Looks like H&R Block software is slightly discounted at Home Depot till the 15th.

It is now Sunday, 2/11. When will this issue be resolved? I have the Windows download version for Home&Business, and I still cannot efile with Form 7206. Thank you!

This is a little bit naughty but you can eliminate the insurance information and delete form 1806 and the net the deduction against gross income for the same results and E file will go thru. Naughty but nice.

This is nothing more than incompetence at Intuit.  Sorry, but I call it like I see it.    I suspect they simply put the wrong resources on it or do not have enough people to address the problem.  As mentioned the online version works fine - and HR block and other tax agencies have NO issue filing electronically.     This is a widespread issue that affects everyone filing with the desktop versions of TT and it should be garnering their top priority.    I have been sending clients to the online version or to HR Block - I do not want to risk MY reputation on software bugs.    Shame on Intuit for not taking care of this in an expedient manner - this has been going on for more than a week now.    Their response to this entire thing has been typical of companies who do not care about their customers. 

Intuit :  the IRS does not care if you can't get your SH*T together -  some fiscal year and business change clients need to file NOW and will be  facing extensions because of your incompetence.  This entire issue and your response to it  is UNACCEPTABLE !

02-12-2024 -----  This has NOT been resolved.!!!!!!!

I just updated TurboTax on my Win10 desktop computer.  Still have the same ERROR.

Form 7206 Self-Employment Health Insurance Deduction that is not supported for electronic filing.

Is there a solution?  Are they working on it?  Where can I get current update?

I received an email directly from TT this morning saying that they are working on it and thanked me for my patience (if they only knew...).  No details on when we might expect a solution.
